Western Power have been doing site checks around Australind, Bunbury, Gelorup and surrounds recently to inspect customer's consumer poles.

You may have received a notice from Western power to repair or replace your consumer pole. If this is the case don't stress as we are here to help!

  • If they have ticked "Recommendation" Then you are likely only needing to repair the consumer pole
  • If, however, they have stated that you are required to replace it withing a certain number of days, you will need to contact an electrical contractor to replace the pole for you. If this is not done withing the time frame they will disconnect your power to the property.
